Fishing has continued to be great! Toplining (jay fair set up, or splice in about 8-9ft of leadcore to mono or braid or one color of leadcore & 65-75+ feet of leader). Rapalas and spoons also working. Key to top water trolling is getting your lines over 100ft behind the boat. During the day as deep as 13ft for trollers (2-3 colors). East side picking up with good numbers. Youth Camp still has some fish moving around but slower one day than another. West side has a few but weedy. North basins surface temps 48-50F & weedy. Shore fishing up and down, mostly only a matter of timing of the fish. First things first, get the winter wood stacked. Which takes two-three gimps weeks to finish for 2 homes. Almost there. Then it’s play time again to the end. Woohoo!
