Captain Justin Thompson continues to put our clients on fresh King salmon on the Sacramento River below Red Bluff.  The salmon are in great shape and new fish are moving up daily.  The season opener above Red Bluff happens August 1st, meaning the whole river below Anderson will be open for salmon fishing.  Our salmon fishing trips are currently running and will continue into mid December.  Space is now limited and our schedules are nearly full in August-September.  Texts and emails are the best ways to contact me now as I am very busy both on and off the water this time of the year.  Thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to King salmon fishing with you all in 2019!

Jeff Goodwin is a full time Northern California fishing guide.  He guides year round for salmon, trout, steelhead, Kokanee, and bass on Northern California rivers and lakes. He fishes many bodies of water in the Redding area, but also guides the Sacramento River and Feather River during certain times of the year. Jeff can also be found on the California coast chasing ocean fresh King salmon and steelhead each year.
