The steelhead fishing reports a slow start in the American and Feather rivers.  There is still some optimism that the fishing will improve, but the action hasn’t emerged as of yet.  If you are willing to try your luck your options are to cast Little Cleo’s, salmon roe or nigh crawlers for your best chance of hooking up with a bright steelie.
