Channel Catfish

by Lake Amador Staff

Warm summer weather is at its high lately. Trout have gone deep at about 30-35ft. People are still catching trout with even some limits here and there, but its hit and miss. From shore the dock at night is your best chance. Bass and Catfish are loving the hot weather though and many big ones are coming in! Bass are hitting on plastics and crankbaits. We have our annual Moonlighter Bass Tournament coming up, check out the flyer below. Don't forget to check us out on Facebook for more catches and details!
