GENERAL CONDITIONS

Fishing has been okay.

CATFISH

Catfish have been biting well for anglers fishing from boats. They have been using artificial baits, nightcrawlers or chicken livers.

TROUT

Trout fishing has been decent. Anglers are catching them with green Powerbait, white mice tail, or Kastmasters at Channel Point or Boat Ramp area.

BASS

Black Bass have been biting artificial baits/lures or nightcrawlers anywhere around the lake or from boats.

CATCHES REPORTED:

Jimmy Johnson caught a 5.5 & 6.7 lb. trout with a gold Kastmaster from a boat.
Michael Mercader caught a 6.4 lb. trout with mice tail at Channel Point.
Dave O’Neal caught a 6.1, 6, & 5.11 lb. trout with lures while trolling.
Greg Johnson caught a 8.13 lb. trout with Kastmaster at Channel Point.
