Trout Fishing has continued to be very slow. Although I am hearing that the bite is starting to improve. I have no fish to report only hearsay from some of the regulars.

There were no private boats out this weekend due to the launch closure. I am happy to report the launch will have no future closures for the rest of the season and only 1 more regatta will be held in May with the boat launch staying open for everyone.

Lake Conditions

Lake Level: 316.0 spilling over
Surface Temp: between 52 — 54 degrees
Fish Plant: We did not plant any trout this week.

Park Information

San Pablo Recreation area is open daily for the month of March from 6:30 — 6:00 p.m. The café will be open Thursday thru Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CAFE CLOSED projected opening when the weather clears due to low attendance.)
