Recent report shows good hatches of caddis and mayflies, which the trout are responding to. Stones in a sparse pattern are working otherwise. Water levels are back to normal flows. Fishing below Rock Creek showed the water was slightly colored, but could see the bottom of the river, and rocks were clearly seen. Remember it is barbless hooks, artificials only and ZERO KILL until April 26, at which time fishermen will be allowed to keep 2 fish over 18 inches from the Lake Britton Dam downstream to the Pit 3 Powerhouse, however the gear restrictions are year-round in this area.
