Troll at 20 feet and use a needle fish or Kastmaster and you will land some nice trout. Salmon are reported at the dam area a little deeper.

Crappies are showing up in early morning. Use jigs or minnows off the bottom.

Bass anglers are using plastic and crank bait on rocky shorelines around the lake.

Bass anglers did well this weekend. Plastics and crawlers landed some nice small mouths. A 10 lb large mouth bass was landed off the bank of Spanish Flat using a night crawler. Trolling for trout has improved. Use a flasher and needle fish at the 20 foot depths for limits. Very slow on salmon, but possible near damn area. Fishing is real slow! We still have a lot of muddy waters from the storm run off. It should improve with the week of sun. You can troll with a flasher and a needle fish as the waters clear up and do well....... Read More
