Salmon fishing on the Klamath River was white hot today. My clients John and Mike of the LA area put on a fishing clinic, going 27 for 34, the guys also had double hook ups 5 times and just missed on a few others. It was Mike's first salmon trip on the Klamath River as well as the first salmon he's put in the net. John and Mike hooked every Salmon today while back trolling luhr jenson jet divers with roe, we never bothered to try bouncing bait or running kwikfish plugs. At one point during the trip we shot a video to see how long it would take to hook up another Salmon. That experience lasted all of two minutes and thirty seconds. The Salmon are in excellent shape, there were a lot of bright BBQ worthy fish caught today. The weather reached low 90's this afternoon but was nice and cool in morning. It is shaping up to be a banner year and we are just barely getting started.

***I have two days available next week, Monday October 3 and Saturday 8 if you would like to book a trip, call me at 530 905 0758.***
