The fishing is staying strong and the weather has been excellent. Today it was over 70 degrees. I still have a few days left for winter steelhead. If you are interested, please give me a call.

On another note, the public comment meeting concerning the closure at Blue Creek is happening this Thursday. there are some changes in the agenda for Thursday. Originally we had thought that we wouldn't need to be there until around 10 am. Now it looks like we need to be there by 815-830. One of the commission members is leaving at 130 and there won't be a quorum after that. This will mean that they will be cramming a full day into a half day and will be much quicker than normal. Please pass this to all that you may think need this info. The meeting will be held at the resources building auditorium 1416 ninth street Sacramento, ca 95814. Please remember to allow for traffic if you are not staying close. Keep your lines tight!! Mike Coopman
