I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a tasty turkey dinner! Water temperature has dropped to 54 degrees on the surface around the Marina area. Mt Lassen planted 1200 pounds of trout at the public launch on Monday the 23rd. Fisherman are already catching those planted fish this week. Power Bait, Nightcrawlers, and lures are working but, the bite still hasnt blasted off yet. Next week we should see alot more trout as the water temp should drop some more maybe even into the upper 40's.

Striped bass are eating Anchovies and sardines. They are sitting off of drop offs and sandy beaches. Catfish can be caught in the same areas at the moment.
