The steelhead fishing the Trinity River has been good this past week below Junction City. Flows are very low on the Trinity at the time of this report. There are large groups of steelhead holding in the Junction City section of river this week. Both fly and conventional fishing is working best both from a drift boat or the bank. Crowds have been large this week with many drift boats and bank fishermen with good steelhead fishing for steelhead three to five pounds. The best steelhead fishing should continue through November and December.
