Bass anglers reported decent winter fishing

The lake rose to 22 percent of its storage capacity, and bass anglers reported decent winter fishing. Finesse fishing with a slow retrieve boated better numbers of largemouth, but deep diving crankbaits and spoons took a better grade of fish.
