It's all about the BASS!

Saturday 4/18 we had three bass tournaments launching and weighing from North Shore. Participating clubs were Delta Bass Anglers, TriValley Bass Masters, and the Elk Grove Bass.

Email comment from Bruce Klair of Big Basin - The fishing was awesome during our trip on the lake. We caught a total of 20 fish, mostly spotted bass. They were caught primarily on lipless crankbaits about 8-10 feet down in 15-20 feet of water. Thanks again for such a great experience.

Bass anglers are keeping their information to themselves but I've seen plenty of them out here fishing. Favorite bait at the pond was green powerbait. 1,200 lbs of Mt. Lassen trout were planted 4/15/15 with 600 lbs going to the North shore rap and 600 lbs to the South shore ramp. Another 1,200 lbs is scheduled for next...... Read More

The inflow from Lake Pardee is currently 11 c.s.f. and the outflow from Lake Camanche is currently 222 c.s.f. The flow into Camanche varies from 11 cfs to 800 cfs. as EBMUD generates electricity from Pardee's flow. At this time they turn on two of the three generating units periodically during the week....... Read More
