Welcome to the Crowley Lake Fishing Report. This is going to be our ?Įlast week of operation for the season and the fishing should be nothing ?Įshort of excellent for our final week. The fishing this week has been ?Įgood and I do not look for this to change for our final days of operation.?ĮI would suggest your start time to be around 9:00 a.m. in order to hit ?Įthe midge emergence just right. Also, bring an extra layer for the early ?Įmorning boat ride as the temperatures have been quite chilly in the a.m.

The areas that I would concentrate on for this week would be Sandy Point ?Įin 7-12 feet, McGee Bay in 6-10 feet, Leighton Springs in 6-13 feet, and ?ĮSix Bays in 5-12 feet.

The flies that I would suggest for the week are Sierra Drifter's ?ĮChironimids in #16-18 black tiger's, olive zebra's, gray pupa, and ?Įcopper zebra's. I would also suggest Stevie's Wonder's in #16-18 Stevie's ?ĮZ, gray/black, olive/silver, and the ruby midge.

We have a few flat bottoms left for our final week so make sure to make ?Įyour reservation today to secure your boat for the final week.

These fish are preparing for their annual spawning migration and are beginning to stage in the flats and bays here at Crowley. This is one of the best times of the year to fish here at Crowley for the fact some of our largest...... Read More
