GENERAL CONDITIONS

Until further notice, from the Water Management department and the city of Oakland, the lake will be CLOSED for water contact and fishing.

TROUT

Anglers pulled out a few 12”-15” trout before the lake was closed. Trout have been caught using PowerBait mouse tails (orange and white). There has also been success with floating Power eggs in pink and orange colors.

GENERAL CONDITIONS The lake is FULL! The rain this past couple days has muddied up the lake quite a bit. We are expecting a few nice days this upcoming week, hopefully water clarity will get better. Our current water level is at 106%. Overall fishing has been slow. . Our latest trout plants was during the week of February 20th in the amount of 750 pounds.
