Kirman has been pretty hit and miss this past week with several groups of anglers reporting getting skunked and several groups of anglers reporting getting into 1 to 3 fish each. The successful anglers have been using mostly hardware, thomas bouyants, rooster tails, and mini jigs. The fly anglers haven't seemed to have as much success as the lure anglers this past week. For my money I'd still be stripping streamers like simi seal leeches, seal buggers, stillwater nymphs with an ap emerger or soft hackle dropper, I'd be starting out with an intermediate line down the center of the lake and if that didn't produce I'd switch to a floating line and fish the edges of the tules on the West side.
