The lake is rising. Bass anglers are having success in clear water. Try using anything that looks like a crawdad. Tubes, Hula Grubs, Worms and Paddletails are working.

The trollers for trout are reporting fair fishing in from the surface to 10 feet. They are biting plugs, needlefish, and kastmasters.

The lake has risen 13 feet since December. We still need 140 feet to fill up. Bass Report: The fishing has been very good. The bass are biting on jigs, tubes, and 6 inch worms with dart heads also small paddletail swimbaits. We had a 7 pounder caught last week in a tournament. The trout fishing is good for anglers between the shore and 30 feet deep. The deeper waters are not producing trout at this time.The bass fishing has been pretty good in the shallows (shoreline to 30 feets). Crank baits, Rip Baits, Spinner Baits and Plastic worms are working in the shallows.
