Water flow is 10 cfs. Time for 6x -7x leaders and small flies. Use a dry/dropper combination. Try a E/C caddis on top with a small (size 18-22) pheasant tail nymph or WD-40 as the dropper. Still a good caddis grab in the afternoon.
