Damsel Nymphs Have Been Doing the Best!

Hunewill Pond - (Mono County)

by Jim Reid

The pond fished very well this week, the weeds have been kept at bay and the fish are still very happy and healthy.  Both adult damsel and damsel nymphs have been doing the best out there but this week the leeches and soft hackles started having some success again. The anglers we had out there this week reported anywhere from about 6 to 15 fish per half day. There is availability on the calendar coming up, if you want to get out there just give us a call!
