The Virginias are still a little bit hit and miss but persistant anglers are having some good success. Fly anglers are getting into some fish with streamers like matukas and leeches as well as some surface action with beetles and ants. Bait anglers are doing the best with inflated crawlers but also catching a few with mice tails and power bait. Lure anglers are doing well with mini jigs, thomas bouyants and kastmasters.
