Chico Bass Club

The Chico Bass Club held its' monthly tournament at the Delta. Weather conditions were good, but the fishing was extremely tough. Only a few bass were caught, with many anglers struggling to catch a single fish. Several different techniques fooled at least one bass, with fish reported on jigs, Senkos, and spinnerbaits. The next club tournament will be held at Lake Oroville despite challenging launching conditions.

Day 1: Sharon "Delta Queen" Hibdon- 7.47 pounds total; Rich Cavanagh- 6.96; Don Cummings- 5.70; Big Fish- Don Cummings- 5.70.
Day 2: Jeff Buckley- 7.44; Jim Carr- 6.14; Leo Battle- 5.76; Big Fish- Jeff Buckley- 3.86.
