Bass fishing has been fair both early and late on a variety of tog water baits. Midday throwing “gigs and Texas rigs can be productive. Concentrate your efforts in main lake areas. Craggie have been a little sgoradic, but generally fishing mini jigs tipped with a meal worm around rocky outcroppings has been the ticket to success. Blue catfish slowed a bit from previous weeks, although Ed Conway of San Luis Obispo managed an 11.7 on a 'crawler. Cut mackerel fished in the White Oak/Vaca flat area of the lake worked for bullheads, and channel cats. A few bluegill came in from the same area on redworms and a bobber

Water Temperature: 79 Degrees
