The Happy Hooker on Wednesday nailed a 47 pound striper at Seal Rock, best striper in more than a decade.  They finished with almost a bass per rod. Flat water has allowed boats to get out to the Farallons and return with limits of rock cod with a handful of lings. On the way back boats are stopping in the Bay for halibut. Potluck boats are getting just  under a two fish per rod of halibut and stripers. Seal Rock has been a good spot for halibut. Boats trollling for salmon near Duxbury haven’t gotten a scratch. The Happy Hooker has been going for rock cod off the San Mateo County coast.  (510) 849-3333, (510) 223-5388, (707) 334-4827
