The fish seem to be spread out at Bridgeport but some anglers have had success

The reservoir has been a bit hit and miss lately, seems as though the fish are very spread out and not very concentrated in any one area lately. If you work it and move around as needed you should be able to get into some fish. We've had some good reports from float-tubing fly anglers stripping streamers down near the dam as well as periodic good reports from shore anglers down there. Bait anglers are having limited success on fish up to about 3 or 4 pounds but again they've been moving around the lake quite a bit to increase their numbers.
