The DFWL have a scheduled trout stock going in Ming next week. The trout bite has been steady here with fish coming on various offerings like spinners, Get Bent Baits, GULP! Pinched Crawlers and garlic scented Powerbait. The warmer weather and water are bringing the Bass up to their beds. The bite has been solid with soft plastics, jerkbaits and jigs. Topwater action has been steady in the late afternoon. The Bluegill bite is strong with wax worms or meal worms under a bobber. Crappie have been showing in the afternoons with live minnows and minijigs jigs.
