Blue Lake Upper - Hope Valley, CA (Alpine County)

The road is open up to the upper lake. There are limited camping facilities at the lake. But there are many areas along the road way up to the lakes. No campfires unless you are in the lake camping area. Fishing has been slow to fair for rainbow trout. The CDFW has recently planted both upper and lower lakes.
