We fished off the dam; the gate to the boat ramp area was closed and locked. We drove down the dirt road to the backside of the lake; the road was mostly dry. We were using night crawlers about 3’ off the bottom. Fishing was very slow. There was ice on the lake that the wind blew to shore and the ice was broken up on the shore.

Nate Spray caught the only fish of the day, this beautiful Lahontan Cutthroat trout! It was safely released back into the lake.
