Worms seem to be the ket this week. Glowworms and nightcrawler are working really well for catching bass, bluegill and redear. Some catfish are also being caught on nightcrawlers. Crappie are being caught on redworms.

Small bass are going for topwater droppers or frogs. No work on spinner baits. Catfish tend to feed in the evening on cut baits. The heat has slowed the action down quite a bit. Still some lucky catches in the morning and late evening hours. Top water frogs are starting to hit well. Live worms are always great. There is a ridiculous amount of weeds along the shore line. ...... Read More
