Fishing is doing well with all species. A 6 pound largemouth was caught with worms, off the back of parked pontoon at the Marina. Bluegill are still doing well near the store in shallow water off of worms. Catfish are up to 18 pounds hit on Mackeral at Vaca Flat off shore. Pan fish are being caught off of worms and spinners, bass off of plastic worms, crankbaits and swimbaits hitting in shallower water.

Fishing has been steady here at the lake. Pan fish, Crappie and Bluegill are biting on worms in shallow water. Nice size Red ear are being caught by the Marina on ngiht crawlers. Fishing is steady. Bass and panfish (crappie and bluegill) have been productive lately. Catfish taken as well in the grass shallow water coves with various type of bait.
