Fishing has been good this week. Bass, although not of legal size, has been active giving youngster's a thrill. Larger bass have not been interested with active baits. Pan fish hitting well on worms and jigs. Decent size Crappie, bluegill and redear have been caught off shore near line of grass and open water. Catfish doing well in the cove's off of worms and mackeral.

Fishing has improved somewhat. Bass hitting on crankbaits, swimbaits and even night crawlers up at the narrows in shallower water. Catfish being caught off shore near Mackey point off of Mackeral. WATER TEMPERATURE: 75 Terrible week for fishing. Many people had a good time with family fishing, catching several little ones but very few keepers. For those lucky enough crappie were biting on crappie nibbles on jig near the Dam. Bass have been scarce as well as bluegill and redear.
