Fishing still improving at the Lake. Redear,Bluegill and Crappie are more active this week then the last few. Usual gear of worms and jigs are being used near the Dam and coves around the lake. Nice catfish have been caught in the cove near Marina off of Mackeral, chicken livers and other bait that is readily available at the Marina. Bass tournament this last Saturday. Many anglers got shut out but 7 lb did show up as well as other 3 and 4 pounders. They used everything they had but the bass were pretty elusive this last weekend.
