The Virginias are still fishing pretty well for both spin and fly anglers. It's best to get out in the water these days in a tube or kayak as the anglers floating seem to be doing better than the shore anglers. Fly anglers are using matukas, leeches, seal buggers, soft hackles, copper johns, zug bugs, beetles and ants. Bait anglers are using pinched crawlers, night crawlers and mice tails. Lure anglers are using kastmasters, thomas bouyants and panther martins.
