Crappie still going strong here , both from shore and by boat. Some people reported as many as 15 per angler, with a number 0f 2lb plus slabs on the striper. Mini jigs, roostertails, and most small minnow imitations got bit. The best areas have been white Oak, and the area between the marina, and Mackey point. Bass fishing has been inconsistent, but fair overall. Jigs, swimbaits, traps, and frogs all took there fair share last week. No one has been targeting the catfish, but look for kitties in shallow coves, and cuts. A few incidental red ear were reported on crappie jigs. Bluegill were absent from the count.

Bass: Fair
Crappie: Good
Redear: Fair
