Water Conditions:

Cold and low.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Fair to excellent!

Cold early morning but warming later in the day. Try nymphing or stripping early, then switching to dries mid morning on.

Recommended Flies:

-Nymphs-
Small brown stone flys #18+#20s
caddis larvae or pupae #18-#22's
Zebra, tiger and blood midges #18-#22.

-Dries-
Parachute Caddis (tans,olives) #20-#22
Caddis Emergers #20-#22.
Elk hair caddis (tans,browns and olives) #18-#22.
Small stimulators (yellows and orange) #18.

Guides Hint: Approach water slowly and with stealth. There are a lot of fish under banks!
