Summer is coming to an end and every one is thinking about going back to school, but now is the time to get those fishing trips on. The Striped Bass and the Catfish are still on the bite. Trollers pulling lures have been picking up a few Smallmouth Bass and Striped bass in the Narrow. If large mouth bass is what you are looking for, try the early morning and late afternoon around the downed trees and cattails. Anglers are catching their limits in Trout on Power eggs using different combinations of colors. The trout are deep about 30 to 40 feet at the dam. The fishing has been good for those who star with it. We have seen some nice catches all week. Come out and wet you limeand drop by the Marina with your fish stories.

Rate of the action based over the past week:
Bass: Good
Bluegill: Fair
Carp: Poor
Catfish: Good
Crappie: Fair
Striper: Good
