Fish Plant: 1,200 lbs of Mt Lassen Trout was planted at the Marina on 34-18.

Calvin and his dad Steve of Castro Valley caught trout and catfish using nightcrawlers on 3-4-18. No location given.

Park Information

San Pablo Recreation area is open daily from 6:30am —6:00 p.m. Boats have to be off the water at 5:00 p.m. The café is open, Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 4 pm.

We planted 8,000 lbs. of Mt Lassens for the season opener 4400 lbs. went in at the Marina on Monday January 29th 3600 lbs. went in at the boat launch on Wednesday January 31st. Right now the Trout bite is on fire there have been a lot of limits being taken. Best bet is power-bait colors working best are Chartruese, Garlic, Orange, Corn Yellow.
