The  trout and largemouth bass fishing remains consistent at this popular reservoir. Trout anglers are taking quick limits of Mt. Lassen Hatchery rainbow trout with Power Dough Baits, Rapalas or Kastmasters.Trollers are dragging a variety of Speedy Shiners or grubs. The lake has dropped slightly to 74% of capacity.

Bass fishing has been steadily improving since last week, as the warmer water temps have the fish moving shallow and towards the backs of coves.  Small swimbaits, rip baits, flukes, serkos, and drop shotted worms all worked for 1-2 lb. Largemouth in as little as 1" of water.
