Good German brown trout fishing on Shasta!
Not the biggest brown hooked today, but its the biggest we landed. Check out the selection of Optimizer Spoons at www.trinidadtackle.com! They catch big fish!

Today I fished Shasta Lake with Stan Kulak of Trinidad Tackle.  We trolled #3 Optimizer Spoons and found a pretty good morning bite.  We hooked several multi pound browns, and of course, hooked a giant that got away!  I'm catching less than 10 fish per trip, but I am targeting bigger fish so thats not unexpected.  Its the slowest time of the year for me so why not spend it chasing trophy trout on Shasta Lake!
