The North Fork Of The Stanislaus has been tough due to high water. The fishermen that have stuck with the river and fished hard have been rewarded with some nice trout.

Due to be planted 6/4/2017 Water levels are very high so use caution while fishing. Lure fishermen should try Panther Martin Spinners, Rooster Tails, Kastmasters, Vibrax Bullet Fly spinners, and Mepps. Bait fishermen should try Salmon Eggs, night crawlers, Berkley Garlic Eggs, Gulp Eggs, and Garlic Power Bait using a split shot rig.
