Bridgeport is still pretty tough from the shore and the trolling has been a little tough as well but the bait fishing from boats has been pretty good still. Lots of fish in the 1 to 3 pound range are being caught out there. Bait anglers are doing the best with inflated crawlers, Berkley pinched crawlers, mice tails and power bait. If you do want to do some trolling try night crawlers, needlefish, speedy shiners and rapalas. Haven't heard any news from fly anglers but you might try stripping some streamers like seal buggers, matukas and hornbergs.
