Folks are catching trout on green garlic PowerBait, rainbow PowerBait, worms, spinners and spoons. A good rig for using PowerBait is a sliding sinker with a swivel tied below it. Attach a leader with a small treble hook to the bottom of the swivel. About 18,000 Rainbow Trout have been stocked into Ashurst this year.
