LARGEMOUTH BASS: The water has turned over and it is cooler to the South and warmer up North. There has been lots of pressure since we just had the big bass tournment. There was a lot of big fish caught at the tournament. Bite should improve soon.

TROUT: Trout fishing is OK in the morning. As soon as the sun warms the lake the bite dies.

CATFISH: Dragging jigs by the brush piles is working

LAUNCH RAMPS: Steal Cage and Pleasure Cove are OPEN. Your best bet is to use Splanish Flat (it just opened). Spanish Flat is cheaper and is graded rock. It can handle smaller boats.
