Storm system affecting the area beginning Sunday through Monday will bring rainfall to the San Joaquin Valley and Foothills and snowfall to the Sierrra Nevada and Kern County mountains above 7000 feet.

Tonight Clear, with a low around 52. West southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Sunday Sunny, with a high near 77. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west 10 to 15 mph in the morning.

Sunday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 51. West wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.

Monday Rain likely before 11am, then showers after 11am. High near 59. Breezy, with a west wind 10 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Monday Night Showers, mainly before 11pm. Low around 46. West northwest wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
